Yes we provide tailor-made products as we are a One-Stop-Shop for custom
Eyelash Curler, Tweezer or False Lash Applicator projects, from molds to
final products. We offer support throughout the entire process: Design,
Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Packing and
After-Sales service.
Is any there MOQ requirement? What is your MOQ?
Yes, there will be a “Minimum Order Quantity” requirement to cover our
cost of production. MOQ will be calculated independently.
Yes we have signed NDAs which have been strictly enforced inside our
Factory and our Hong Kong Office.
Is your factory vetted by local authorities?
Yes, our factory is vetted by local authorities for Fire Safety, Social
and Manufacturing compliances.
Do you purchase Social Security for your workers?
Yes, all our workers have social security and we purchase extra
insurance for the workers dedicated to punching and polishing machines.
Do you authorize Audits or Quality Control inspections performed at
clients request?
Yes, we do authorize Audits or Quality Control inspections.
Our whole-process quality control system ensures that our customers
receive the qualified products identical to the prototype they approved
before mass production. We do apply pre-production QC, in-process QC and
before-shipment QC.
Our partners are free to schedule inspections for their Purchase Orders.
Do you provide Quality Production Samples?
Yes, we provide them upon request.
What are your shipping terms?
We provide EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP.
What Port are you shipping from?
Yantian, Shenzhen.
Is it possible to have the packaging printed with our branding and
design?
Yes, we offer custom packaging solutions. Please note that we do not
produce these packing materials in-house. We work with our partners who
specialize in packing services.
