Quality Control

Certified by SGS ISO 9001:2015 (put the link).

Our QC team is led by our supervisor who has close to 20 years experience.

We have established a QC system where all the manufacturing steps are being technically controlled. For the Dimensions we use a video-profile projector which helps to check in detail the finalized product, which help us to certify that manufactured product are true to the blueprints.

For the Coating and Outlook, our team visually controls each unit.

According to the client requirements the control can be modulated from 1 to 5 times per unit.

For the Function/Mechanism: According to the client requirements the control can be modulated from 1 to 4 times per unit.

We take great pride in our Quality Control, which is one of the core of our Factory.
